Bachelor's of Business Administration from Harding University

Started my career in 2004 at a retained search firm, recruiting and placing candidates in the Construction & Insurance Brokerage industries.

In 2007, I moved home to Houston, TX & got my first opportunity to work in payroll. I can never thank #Paychex enough for the resume brand recognition, the decades of friendships, and teaching me how to balance a payroll load! #IYKYK

But in 2011, it was time to move on. I spent almost a year working for a burgeoning tech company. But my timing was a little premature and so in 2012, I went to work for Nextep PEO.

My 5 years at Nextep were wonderful, and it taught me so much. I got an opportunity to sell, learn benefits and formally lead a team.
